Ireland Sacred Sites Tour

Payments, Refunds, Discounts and Other Policies

COST

The cost of the tour is $3500 per person.  This includes dinner for 7 nights, breakfast each day, lodging for 9 nights, local guides, taxes and tips, entrance fees to site, and travel to sites via private coach. 

Single Room Supplement – US $465.   A request for a single room can be made on the registration form. 

PAYMENT

Deposit for the trip is due upon registration.  To register, submit a deposit using the PayPal link on the main page for the tour,  www.anamcharaenergy.com/sacredsites.html.  Or send a check to Anamchara Healing Arts, 1714 Buchanan Street NE, Minneapolis, MN  55413

Once a deposit is received, a registration packet and invoice for the remainder of the tour will be sent. 

Deposit Due April 1, 2015

Payment in full is due May 22, 2015  

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS

Super Early Bird Discount Provide a deposit for the tour by Feb. 1, 2015 and receive a free Energy Medicine session from either Michelle or Sandy.  Session will be scheduled upon receiving full payment for the tour.

Early Bird Discount Register for the tour by March 17th and receive a $150 discount, per person.

Partner Discount:  Register two (or more) people at the same time and receive $100 per person off the cost of the tour.  Payment for the deposit and the balance of the tour must happen on the same transaction.  This discount is available in addition to the Super Early Bird Special and the Early Bird Special.  

CANCELLATION

All cancellation notices must be received in writing and will become effective as of the date of the postmark. Email is acceptable. 

If a participant cancels prior to May 22, 2015, an administrative fee of $150 per person will be charged, and the balance of the paid tour costs will refunded. 

Cancellation after May 21, 2015 will be addressed in the following manner: 

  • Between May 21 and 61 days prior to departure: a fee of $500 will be charged with the balance of trip costs refunded.  
  • 60 to 30 days prior to departure: a fee of 50% of the trip costs will be charged, and 50% will be refunded. 
  • 29 or fewer days prior to departure: No refund will be given. 

Leaving the trip in progress, for any reason whatsoever, will not result in a refund, and no refunds will be made for any unused portions of the trip. No refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, or site fees.  

TRIP CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel the tour because of inadequate enrollment that makes the tour economically infeasible. If a tour is cancelled by us prior to departure we will provide the participant with a full refund of monies paid to them. 

ITINERARY CHANGES

The itinerary may vary in order to provide the most worthwhile experience under the prevailing conditions.  Therefore we reserve the right, without penalty, to make changes to the published itinerary.

AIRFARE

Airfare is the sole responsibility of the traveler.  We will not provide any refunds related to airfare.   

BAGGAGE

We assume no liability for loss or damage to baggage in transit to and from the trip or while on the trip.

WEATHER

The weather in Ireland is unpredictable and rain is likely.  Guests should pack light rain jacket with hood or hat, rain shoes and an umbrella. Ireland is just as beautiful in the rain as in the sun, but not being prepared for wet weather can lessen the comfort and enjoyment of that day’s adventures. It WILL rain in Ireland while you’re there.

MOBILITY

There will be walking each day to, from, and at the sites we visit.  The terrain may be rugged, narrow, or on uneven pathways.  The amount of walking will vary each day, with the longest walk to a site being one mile.  However, most walks will be shorter than that.
