Michelle Hughes

Michelle has worked in the outdoors for over 20 years and is a certified International Mountain Leader (IML.)  She leads National Geographic walking tours in Ireland and Mountaineering Tours in Ireland and abroad.   She is a Progressive Master EFT Practitioner, Reflexologist, Massage Therapist, and Reiki Master, as well as a student of Eden Energy Medicine.   Born and raised in Ireland, she  is passionate about Irish natural spaces, and healing the body, mind and spirit.   She also appreciates good craick!

Sandy Shipp

Sandy has been a lifelong student of health and wellness, and is the owner of Anamchara Healing Arts. She began studying Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) in 2006 out of personal need and has been deeply humbled and honored by its transformative powers. She is an Advanced Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, with the good fortune of training with Donna Eden directly. Her private practice includes teaching Eden Energy Medicine classes in Minneapolis and Ireland. Sandy has a deep love for yoga and is also a certified yoga instructor. Ireland is one of her favorite places on earth and she is eternally fascinated by the Irish landscape and culture.
